Expanding Minds, Expanding Horizons: Living, Learning and Leadership
Organisation for the UCA Conference in Canberra from 25th to 27th September is well underway. Dr Ian Walker, UCA Conference Convener, is to be congratulated for assembling an outstanding list of speakers (below) and the Hyatt Hotel promises to be an excellent venue.

After Dinner Speakers:
The Hon. Peter Garrett and The Hon. Jeff Kennett AC are being approached as speakers for dinners at Burgmann College & Bruce Hall.
Other speakers are still being considered with the various topic areas in mind. Approaches to the University of Canberra, ACU & the Australian Defence College/ADFA will also be made. Members, of course, will be asked for papers and we would also hope that in a number of areas we will involve deputies/deans and students for comment on panels etc.
